The AICWA Member Relief Fund supports Conveyancers and former Conveyancers who have been members of the AICWA who find themselves in times of hardship.

The AICWA MRF Committee’s authority to act is enshrined by Object 4.12 of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers WA Division Constitution.

“To provide relief to distressed members and former members who find themselves destitute or in necessitous circumstances, or experiencing hardship, through funding from proceeds collected on behalf of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers WA Division.”

A person experiencing seeking financial assistance from the AICWA MRF who satisfies the Eligibility Criteria is required to submit an application in the approved form to the AICWA MRF Committee for their consideration.

As part of the AICWA MRF, the Committee may decide to hold events from time to time. These events may be held for general fundraising for the AICWA MRF or for specific beneficiaries as may require assistance at any given time.
