Professional Indemnity Insurance is a requirement under the Settlement Agents Act 1981 for all licensed Settlement Agents.

A Settlement Agent who does not have PI Insurance is prohibited from operating as a Settlement Agent.

At present, MARSH have been appointed as the brokers of the Master Policy Agreement for settlement agents.
